意大利咖啡制造商Lavazza在一份声明中表示,它已经向法国Carte Noire品牌的母公司——美国亿滋国际公司(Mondelez International Inc.)提交了一份具有约束力的报价要约,不过,该交易最终必须通过欧盟委员会和法国当局的检查审核。
在该声明之中,并没有透露此次交易的财务的相关细节,但据熟悉内情的消息人士告诉路透社说,意大利Lavazza公司将支付约8亿欧元。
为了可以说服欧洲竞争当局批准其与D.E Master Blenders 1753公司的合并计划,美国亿滋国际公司曾经于2014年5月份的时候向两家规模较小的品牌公司(L’Or 和Grand’Mère)提议出售旗下Carte Noire公司。
